Salary Details
- Junior Executive : Rs.30,000 – Rs.1,20,000 (Per Month)
- Associate Executive : Rs.40,000 – Rs.1,40,000 (Per Month)
- In addition to the Basic Pay, the following will be payable: Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern, HRA (House Rent Allowance, if applicable, based on the class of city of posting), Perks & Allowances, Retirement Benefits and Performance Related Pay in line with Corporation’s policy in vogue. It may please be noted that the retirement benefits are admissible upon separation /retirement as per the Corporation policy prevailing at that time.

Qualification
Junior Executive (Engineering)
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
- Minimum Work Experience : 5 years
Associate Executive (Engineering)
- B. Tech / B.E./ B. Sc (Engg) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering
- Minimum Work Experience : 3 years
Junior Executive (Accounts)
- Inter CA/ Inter CMA + Graduation
- Minimum Work Experience : 5 years
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
- M. Sc (Chemistry), with specialization in Organic / Physical / Inorganic / Analytical chemistry
- Minimum Work Experience : 3 years
Secretary BPCL
- Class X, Class XII & Bachelor’s Degree (3- year course)
- Minimum Work Experience : 5 years
Application Fee
- SC, ST & PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
- UR, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates are required to pay a Non-Refundable Amount of : Rs.1180/- + payment gateway charges if any (Application fee of Rs.1000/- + GST@18% i.e. Rs.180/- + payment gateway charges if applicable)

Selection Process
