Age Limit

• a) The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall not exceed 40 years as on 20 June 2025, i.e. applicants should be born on or after 21 June 1985.
• b) The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates and 5 years for SC candidates in posts reserved for them.
• c) Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen shall be as per Government of India guidelines, calculated by deducting the period of military service from the actual age and adding three years thereto, subject to a maximum age of 45 years.

Qualification

Fireman

• Pass in SSLC.
• Training in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force or Public Sector Undertaking or (ii) Recognised Fire Fighting course in the Armed Forces or (iii) Training in Fire Watch / Patrol from State Fire Fighting Force.
• Valid First Aid Certificate from St. John’s Ambulance Association / Recognised Institutions.
• Experience: a) For those with educational qualification at b(i) & b (ii) One year experience in State Fire Force or in a Public Sector Undertaking or in the Armed Forces or b) For those with educational qualification at b (iii) Five years’ experience as a Fire Watchman in State Fire Force or in a Public Sector Undertaking or in the Armed Forces

Semi Skilled Rigger

• Pass in IV Std.
• Experience: Minimum five years post qualification experience in Rigging of heavy duty machine parts, assisting in the erection of machinery / equipment etc, in a Shipbuilding / Ship repair yard / Engineering Company.
• Desirable: Good knowledge of splicing works of wire ropes.

Cook for CSL Guest House

• Essential: Pass in VII Std.
• Desirable: Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience as Cook in preparation of all types of food – Oriental/Continental; Vegetarian and nonvegetarian; Chinese etc in a • Government or PSU Guest House or • Mess of Armed Forces or • 3 Star Hotel or • Factory Canteen or • State Police or • Licensed Food Catering Service Agency.
