Salary Details
- Pay and Allowances: Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of Pay Matrix and will be paid minimum basic pay of ₹56,100/- p.m.
- In addition, Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules on the subject.
- The employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme/Unified Pension Scheme
- Further, medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidised canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc. are admissible as per Central Government orders.
Age Limit
- Scientist/Engineer : 28 years as on 16.06.2025.
- Serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen; Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
Qualification
Scientist/Engineer SC (Electronics)
- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Scientist/Engineer SC (Mechanical)
- BE/ B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Scientist/Engineer SC (Computer Science)
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Scientist/Engineer SC (Electronics)-PRL
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Scientist/Engineer SC (Computer Science)-PRL
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science Engineering with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
Application Fee
- For all Posts: Rs. 250/-
- Initially all candidates have to uniformly pay: Rs. 750/- per application as processing fee
- Rs. 750/-: i.e. refund in full for candidates who are exempted from payment of Application Fee (women, SC/ST/ PwBD and Ex-Servicemen).
- Rs. 500/-:i.e. after deducting the Application Fee in respect of all other candidates.
