- Stores / Purchase Officer : Rs.40,840 – Rs.81,875 (Per Month)
- Accounts Officer : Rs.21,070 – Rs.42,410 (Per Month)
- Junior Assistant : Rs.20,180 – Rs.46,990 (Per Month)
Age Limit
- General Manager : 18 – 50. Only candidates born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.In no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 years.
- Technician Grade II (Electrician) – General Category : 18 – 40. Only candidates born between 02/01/1985 and 01/01/2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities, SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
- Technician Grade II (Electrician) – Society Category : 18 – 50. Only candidates born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post
- Stores / Purchase Officer : 18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)
- Accounts Officer : 18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)

Qualification
General Manager (Cat.93/2025)
- PG Degree in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Microbiology / Dairy Engg / Dairy Quality Control / Dairy Chemistry/ Veterinary Science from a recognized University
- MBA/ACA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years experience as Senior Manager in a reputed Organisation.
Technician Grade II (Electrician) – (Cat.101/2025)
- A pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- ITI/NAC/NTC in the trade concerned.
Technician Grade II (Electrician) – (Cat.102/2025)
- Three (3) years of regular service in any post in the member societies affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Cooperative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) as on the date of application. Must continue in the service of the member society as on the date of appointment.
- A pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- ITI/NAC/NTC in the trade concerned.
Stores / Purchase Officer (Cat.124/2025)
- Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA from a recognised University
- 3 (Three) years experience in Stores/Purchase from a reputed organisation.
Accounts Officer (Cat.131/2025)
- PG Degree in Commerce / MBA Finance
- A pass with intermediate examination of ACA/ AICWA
- 3 (Three) years experience in Executive Cadre in the Accounts Department of a reputed Organization
Junior Assistant (Cat.132/2025)
- Applicants having three (3) years of regular service in any post in member societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) as on the date of application and appointment.
- Degree in Arts,Science or Commerce from a recognized University.
- JDC/HDC In the absence of above qualification the candidates possessing the qualification in the mother notification as mentioned below also will be accepted to this post.
