Job Description:
Business Development Executives (BDEs) are a part of the Cooperative’s front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get new customers and explore new business opportunities. BDEs are responsible for selling Deposit and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify sales opportunities for financial products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships.
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
Comply with KYC/Cooperative rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry
Good communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language
Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
3+ years of experience as BM/ABM at NBFCs and/or societies handling Gold loan, NCD, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit, etc.

Responsibilities:
Execute the acquisition for the given location for gathering Deposits, Investment products sales etc. at the lead level.
Responsible to deliver the goals by leading of minimum 10 BDM and along with their BDE’s
To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities
Have the direct to customer approach and build relationship with wide spread customers
Qualification:
Minimum graduation is required from recognized university or equivalent.
8 – 12 years of total experience with a 5+ years of relevant and recent financial segment experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Should have meticulous approach to relationship management”

Sourcing the Members in the field level and generate prospective women members for the group formation.
Responsible to developing business, maximizing revenue generation & achieving sales target.
