Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated Female Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information as needed.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer questions and resolve any issues.
Data Management:
Record customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately. Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduation BA/BBA
1-2 years of experience as a telecaller or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Client Acquisition:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Market Research:
Analyze market conditions and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements.
Reporting:
